THIS WEEK @ NIGHTCHURCH: Wendy Henry will be speaking on “Knowing & Loving God: Sharing Jesus”. Paul Pallot is leading the service, Romona Boswell is organising the music team, Coby Docking will lead in prayer, Phil Prior and James Hayes are on audio/data, Will and Katie-Ann Baird will be providing supper, and Kristy Chapman is convening. Thanks everyone.

We will also be heading down to ROX Café for dinner after the service (245 High St, Kew). Everyone welcome – come along for good food and good times!

AMANDA’S BOOK LAUNCH: Saturday 8 November, 2:30-5pm at Newnham Hall. I would like to officially invite and welcome my church family at KBC to join with me in the launch of my new book. I will also have a number of my original artworks on display, and there will be a scrumptious afternoon tea. Come for a minute, or stay the afternoon.

KEW COMMUNITY CAROLS: On Sunday 7 December, we have the Kew Community Carols. We need people to get involved – helping on the day with setting up, sausage sizzle, activities for kids, and other bits and pieces. Please see Phil Prior or Nicholas Tuohy if you want to get involved or you have some ideas for the day.

‘HOLY GHOST’ SCREENING: Ringwood Church of Christ will be screening the film ‘Holy Ghost’ on Thursday 30 October at 7pm. More information:

‘NARRATIVE’ BOOK LAUNCH: Servants Community Housing is the organisation which runs Carrical and other local rooming houses. They’re also passionate about promoting awareness about homelessness in our society and giving a voice to people that often don’t get to share their stories. They have a book launch coming up on Friday 31 October, 7-9:30pm at The Great Hall, Xavier College (Kew). Free entry but bookings essential:

TUNES UNDER THE TREE: #TUTT is back and this time bigger than before! Saturday 22 November, 3pm onwards at The House. Artists include Lilly Tunley, Young Vincent, Tree Top Tunes, Kyle Barnard, MYAMI. Entry $10.

OFFICE HOURS: Please note that the church office will be closed on Monday 3 November and Tuesday 4 November for the Melbourne Cup weekend.

TITHING: A reminder that you can give your weekly offering via direct debit to the church account.

PRAYER: There is prayer at the back of the church at 5pm every Sunday. We’d love you to join with us in this important ministry!
