THIS WEEK @ NIGHTCHURCH: We continue our sermon series onthe parables of Jesus,withNicholas Tuohy preaching on ‘The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard (Matthew 20:1-16)’. Alice Foote is leading the service, Lauren Morgan is organising the music team, Alex James will lead in prayer, Kristy Chapman and Alex James will be praying up the back, Luke Boswell and Jadon Dutra are on audio/data, Alice Foote will be providing supper, and Caitlyn Pryse is convening.   • Choir Concert: Saturday 2 August, 7.30pm at Scotch College. Lauren Morgan is part of Concordis Chamber Choir, and this concert includes the premiere of one of Lauren’s own compositions – a choral setting of Psalm 88, which she composed a few years ago.   • Faith Has Its Reasons: Saturday 9 August, 10am-4pm at Glen Waverley Anglican Church. Professor John Lennox, a leading Christian thinker, author and speaker, will deliver two keynote sessions on science and faith. There’s also a Q&A session with a panel of scientists and interactive workshops led by inspiring and thought-provoking experts. To register and see the full program, visit:
  • Love Abbotsford: Sunday 10 August, 12-5pm at the Housing Estates (229 Hoddle St). There will be sport, music, face painting, a BBQ, and it will be a chance to continue to build relationships with the people there. Please contact Mary-Anne Philip for more information.
  • For The Love Of Niger II: Friday 15 August @ The Evelyn Hotel (Brunswick St, Fitzroy). For The Love Of Niger is back!! This year we need to raise $7000 to send 26 students to school in Niger. We are having an auction and some live music featuring San Salvador, Tuena, and The Bongo Monkeys. Doors open at 8pm. Adult $15 Concession $10. If you would like to donate an item to auction, please contact Mat Hunter.

TITHING: A reminder that you can give your weekly offering via direct debit to the church account.

PRAYER: There is prayer at the back of the church at 5pm every Sunday. We’d love you to join with us in this important ministry!
