After several years as a church administrator and worship coordinator, Lauren began to sense a longer-term call to pastoral ministry. She completed her graduate theological degree in 2019 at Melbourne School of Theology and stepped into a formal pastoral role shortly after.
Lauren originally completed a music degree at the Melbourne Conservatorium, before going on to work in administration at Kew Baptist Church.
