An initiative of Kew Baptist Church to create a space for the local community to connect.
Imagine a space where …
• a town square or village green.
• a sanctuary for children to play and parents to rest.
• fresh vegetables and herbs grown for the local community to enjoy.
• a local composting hub that encourages sustainable ways for the immediate local community to reduce landfill and produce good organic compost.

Get Involved
If you live locally and want to get in on sustainability in Kew by turning your organic waste into rich food for gardens, then check out the Worm Farm Guide, print it out and stick it on the fridge, and bring your bucket of things down on Saturday mornings.
We also have a RedGum GX200 Chipper, which can turn branches up to 75mm diameter and leaves, twigs and bushes into organic mulch for your garden. Bring them on down and we can help you make some mulch.
